The Minnesota Low Incidence Projects includes Regional
Low Incidence Projects in eleven regions of the state. These agencies address identified gaps and needs in special education programs and related services for students identified with any Low Incidence disability. Coordination of these activities is accomplished through planning and collaboration between Regional Low Incidence Facilitators that cover all eleven regions of the state.
